След 5-часова операция: Отстраниха тумор с тегло от 26 кг от корема на мъж

В Плевен хирурзи са отстранили 26-килограмов тумор от корема на 57-годишен пациент. Операцията е извършена в УМБАЛ "Д-р Георги Странски", съобщиха от лечебното заведение.
Изключително сложната операция е протекла над пет часа.
Туморът е притискал големите кръвоносни съдове в корема, а пациентът е бил със сериозно затруднение в дишането и отоци по долните крайници. Всички коремни органи са били под диафрагмата в продължение на години.
"Основните сериозни оплаквания са с давност от поне две години, но не се знае точно от колко време туморът е се развивал и е достигнал до тези гигантски размери", обясниха от плевенската болница.
До операцията се стига след преглед на пациента от д-р Илко Костурков, гастроентеролог в МБАЛ "Иван Рилски" в Горна Оряховица, който го насочва по спешност в Плевен.
Хирургът д-р Пресолски е коментирал, че никога в 40-годишната си практика не е виждал толкова голямо образувание.
"След операцията, извършена миналата седмица, пациентът се възстановява добре в отделението по "Колопроктология и гнойно - септична хирургия", добави Момчил Цветков.
