Начин на приготвяне
Сварете пастата ал денте. Запържете лука в 2-3 с.л. олио. Добавете гъбите и гответе докато променят цвета си. Прибавете каймата и бъркайте докато стане на трохи.
Изсипете пасираните домати и виното. Варете соса до сгъстяване. Добавете сол и останалите подправки.
За заливката разбийте яйцата с брашното и разтопеното масло.
